PLAYER AGREEMENT

Entering the Omnivyxal stadium establishes your acceptance of these match terms. Continued participation on our pitch confirms your agreement to follow all rules inscribed within this document. Players unwilling to accept these terms should leave the stadium immediately.

STADIUM CLASSIFICATION

Omnivyxal operates as a complimentary social casino offering entertainment through soccer-themed slot games. All activities within our stadium utilize virtual points with no exchangeable value. No pathway exists for converting virtual goals into real currency. Our stadium exists purely for recreational enjoyment and sporting entertainment.

PLAYER REQUIREMENTS

Entry to the Omnivyxal stadium is granted only to players who have reached eighteen years of age. This age requirement remains constant across all territories. Stadium officials implement verification measures to uphold this standard and maintain authority to deny entry when age confirmation proves insufficient.

EXPECTED SPORTSMANSHIP

All players within Omnivyxal shall conduct themselves with fair play and respect. Attempts to manipulate game algorithms, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or disturb other players' experiences violate stadium rules. Honest engagement with our games in the spirit of sporting competition is expected from all participants.

VIRTUAL POINTS POLICY

Points, credits, and rewards accumulated during your matches at Omnivyxal represent virtual trophies without real-world value. These digital items exist exclusively within our entertainment stadium and cannot be exchanged, sold, or converted into currency, goods, or services of any kind. Point balances may be adjusted by officials without prior notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within the Omnivyxal stadium, encompassing games, visual designs, written materials, and technical systems, constitutes protected intellectual property. Players receive limited permission to access these materials for personal entertainment. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of stadium content is expressly forbidden.

STADIUM AVAILABILITY

While Omnivyxal endeavors to keep our stadium open at all times, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Stadium modifications, maintenance, or temporary closure may occur at management's discretion. We assume no responsibility for inconveniences arising from service changes or match delays.

LIABILITY BOUNDARIES

Omnivyxal provides entertainment on an as-is basis without guarantees of any nature. We accept no liability for damages, direct or consequential, stemming from stadium participation. This includes technical malfunctions, data anomalies, or gameplay inconsistencies encountered during matches.

TERMS REVISION

These terms may undergo revision at any time. Updated conditions take effect immediately upon publication. Continued stadium participation following modifications constitutes acceptance of revised terms. We encourage periodic review of this document to remain informed of current stadium rules.
